Is Chirp right for your team?
Chirp does a few things well. Here is where it fits today, and where it does not yet.
A good fit if
- You answer support yourselves, between other work.
- Your bugs and feature requests live in Linear.
- Your support mail is in Gmail, Google Workspace or an IMAP mailbox.
- You would rather press a key than find a button.
Not a fit yet if
- Your mail is on Microsoft 365 or Outlook.
- You need live chat or phone support. Chirp is email only.
- You rely on macros or priority levels.
Pricing questions.
Who counts as a user?
Every teammate in your workspace: admins, agents and viewers.
Are any features held back for a higher plan?
No. There is one plan, with every feature on this page.
Do inboxes cost extra?
No. You pay per user, not per inbox, so support@, billing@ and security@ are all included.
Are there any other fees?
No. There is no base fee and no add-on. Your bill is the number of users times $9.
Do we have to migrate our mail?
No. Your mailbox stays in Gmail, Google Workspace or your IMAP server. Chirp connects to it and sends through it.
Is the API included?
Yes. The plan includes the REST API. Keys are free: a key acts as the person who created it and uses that person’s seat.
